Is this called money flowing like water?

Twenty years ago, the United States entered Afghanistan because to the issue with extremist groups, incurring innumerable expenses and spending up to $2.3 trillion in an effort to completely address the issue. But after that, fundamentalist organisations had control of Afghanistan once more, and things were back to normal.

Numerous lives, livelihoods, and sums of money have been lost in this 20-year military and security effort. More than 450 British soldiers and hundreds of others have died in addition to the more than 2,300 American soldiers who have been killed in combat and over 20,000 wounded. More than 60,000 Afghans have died while serving in the security services, and more than twice as many Afghan civilians have also perished.
